Author Guidelines
General Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to carefully follow the below instructions before submitting their manuscripts to Hayat Journal:
Manuscripts must be original and should not have been published previously or submitted elsewhere for publication.
All submissions must be written in English and prepared using MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
The manuscript length should be a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 15 pages.
A maximum of four authors are permitted per paper.
The recommended font is Times New Roman, size 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.
Authors must include a list of keywords or index terms relevant to their work.
Authors should follow the official Hayat Journal Manuscript Format template.
Ensure that the manuscript is formatted properly before submission for smooth processing.
Publication Process
Authors submit their manuscript through the official journal email.
The editorial board reviews the manuscript for suitability and forwards it to reviewers for peer evaluation.
Based on reviewers’ feedback, the manuscript will be accepted, revised, or rejected.
Upon acceptance, authors are required to submit the payment proof and copyright form as instructed.
After verification of documents and payment, the article will be published online in the upcoming issue.
Plagiarism Policy
Hayat Journal maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy.
Plagiarism — intentional or unintentional — is a serious violation of publication ethics.
The journal defines plagiarism as reproducing another’s work with 35% or more similarity without proper citation.
If plagiarism is detected at any stage (before or after publication), the author will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
Unsatisfactory explanations may result in manuscript rejection or retraction, and the author may be barred from future submissions for a specified period.
Peer Review Process
Each submission undergoes an initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief to verify its relevance and quality.
Suitable manuscripts are then sent to two independent reviewers for a blind peer review.
The review process typically takes one to four weeks, and may extend up to two months under exceptional circumstances.
Authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance/revision/rejection) via email.
The editorial board reserves the right to make minor editorial modifications in accepted manuscripts to meet the journal’s style and formatting standards.
Open Access Policy
Hayat Journal provides immediate open access to all its published content, ensuring that scientific knowledge is freely available to readers worldwide.
Authors retain copyright and publishing rights to their work without restrictions, supporting the principle of global knowledge sharing.
