Article Processing Charges (APC)
Publishing a manuscript in Hayat Journal (HJ) requires the payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC) by the submitting author upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee covers the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, online hosting, indexing, and open-access dissemination of the published article.
For Indian Authors
The processing fee for Indian authors is ₹2360 INR. This includes online publication of the accepted paper and e-certificates for all authors.
After acceptance, authors must send the filled-in registration form, the scanned copy of the copyright form, and the scanned copy of the payment proof to chiefeditor.hayat@gmail.com. Once these documents are received and verified, the registration process will be considered complete.
For International Authors
The processing fee for international authors is 120 USD. This includes online publication of the accepted paper and e-certificates for all authors.
After acceptance, authors should email the filled-in registration form, the scanned copyright form, and the scanned payment proof to chiefeditor.hayat@gmail.com. Upon verification of these documents, the registration and publication process will be finalized.
Important Note
The publication fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Payment must be made only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. The journal reserves the right to update processing charges periodically based on operational requirements.
